With its 4 bedrooms, a shower-room, and a bathroom, our charming home accommodates up to 8 people. You'll find a large kitchen/living area overlooking a magnificent terrace, as well as the heated swimming pool from April to October. Accessible by car, you can also park in the courtyard regardless of the size of your vehicle.

Useful information:

The arrival time will be from 4.00 pm, and departure must be made at a maximum of 11.00 am. For your arrival, you will receive a personal welcome, which will allow us to give you your keys for the stay, and to answer any questions you may have.

Pricing information:

The stay tax is included in the price and will be paid entirely to the municipality.

When you arrive, you will be asked for a deposit of 1000€ in case of damage. At the time of departure, if there has been no deterioration, we will give you your deposit, less the 190€ obligatory housekeeping fees, as indicated on our price grid below.

If you do not wish to use the online payment for your booking, we are able to accept bank transfers. To do so, contact us directly by phone so that we can block your reservation and send you our RIB.

If you wish to heat the pool outside of the season from April to October, this can be considered upon request and in exchange for a supplement that we will agree upon when making contact.

In case of cancellation :

• Cancellation more than one month from the beginning of your stay, the full refund of its paid sum will be made ;
• Cancellation between 1 month and 15 days before the start of your stay, 30% of the amount paid will be kept ;
• Cancellation less than 15 days from the beginning of your stay, 50% of the amount paid will be kept.
